pure water pulled opium...The marble sized is from a few pods last night and FOR ME(every ones different) would be a heavy dose eaten...I eat o every few days only..to good to the point of becoming bad!

Smoking is a very big waste of opium so always eat it if you have the choice..

The pot is 150 pods simmering down..I have to do many pulls and am looking into a cheap alcohol to evap easier and to use less energy..

I have to run the hot plate for 12 hours a day and monitor very closely not to burn

I was putting them in the coffee maker( about 10 pods shredded with the wood chipper) but decided to soak all in a big jar and just keep washing till light colored....

The pan is teflon so as long as the last amount is air dried and does not burn it peels off the bottom like a fruit roll up..then its a matter of rolling into small marbels then putting these doses into the freezer..

I just swallow one whole and get lit for 4-5 hours..Like a mellow clear hash high without the anxiety...And itchy,, itch me honey...

I do not know what strain these were as I bought them but I will have a ton of persian whites and hens and chicks going out side soon.

What you have there is tea extract / resin from poppy tea.
Opium is just the dried latex from the sliced pods, not a
condensed poppy straw nugget.

Not to say that your end product won't do the job,
but smoking that ball really would be a waste, as
what you have isn't opium and won't burn like it
when fired up.

I had an extended love affair with the pod myself,
and I've probably consumed my weight in tea and resin
extracts. In my experience, the poppy straw
extract tea / resin is more addictive than simple
opium. The withdrawl is . . . unpleasant.

Enjoy responsibly and keep a crop in the ground or
coming in the mail. Running out can be an
educational experience at best.

whether you slice the pod or cut then dry to extract its still opium..

It is smokeable if dried long enough but is very wasteful.

Techinally there are some plant oils and fats that are pulled out also so it isnt quite the same as sliced pod O..

My oppologies for the bad info but it still is potent as a mofo..

Well now that's impressive !!,
looks like you got that one down pat !!
I was reading another tek here which involved freezing the prepared O' solution,
removing the ice then repeating the freeze process and removing the ice. plus once more,
then simmer down the thick solution in heatbath. Supposably you end up with very clean O'

I use a 80 micron mesh screen that was bought and put onto a rock tumbler case for tumbleing hash back in the day..(mary causes me to many problems so we have broken our love affair)

The screen was bought from dick blick art supply. I have a huge roll of it still..

There is almost no plant material in the end product....

I used to mix fresh tumbled hash and O together then put into the hash press to compact and dry...Go together very nicely..

Does anyone know if you can mix water and vodka then freeze with much of the morph/codien moving into the vodka leaving the other oils and fats frozen into the water?

I have seen the ice olator method and am playing around with finding a easier way to end up with a more pure simpler product..

I know O is more soluable in water then alc but there should be a way to capitalize on alc not freezing and water will..

Kind of like freezing the xylene and muratic water step in extracting mescaline..pulling the mescaline from the X into the hcl water then discarding the x and evaporating the frozen HCL water with the mescaline HCL crystal in it...

I have actually been mulling over in my head if one could buy a nice juice processor and running 300-400 fresh heads thru it in a weekend while adding vodka in small amounts to keep it thin and flowing..

this would eliminate hanging> drying> shredding in wood chipper>soaking to rehydrate again...

Maybe freezing the fresh pods first to rupture cell membranes then juicing..

I will figure out the most effiecint way

shrooms have been put on the back burner for a while.. i will then play with pans again..

I have a huge tub of azure spawn now so I will have to fire up the wood chipper for some large oak tree tops that I just fell a few days ago...I have a 8 x 8 foot plot dug out with a bobcat so i can have a foot deep bed in my small woods on my property....BUSY LITTLE BEE

Its almost poppy planting time here in MI... a few more weeks to go

Yeah the tek does mention freezing fresh pods, But it seems like you've done alot of experimenting with O' production. The food processor idea sounds good !! I've only tried the poppy tea so far.

Tea makes me feel very bad...I dont know if i drink it to fast and to much but I either dont get where I want to be or i get a very drunken feel that will cause me to throw up the next day....

Hgh doses of tar have not made me feel this way...Havent done tea in a long time...Its tar or nothing!....

simmer the tar down till the water evaps, then scrape the pan... smoke that, it's got a way higher alkaloid content than straight tar

you waste a lot of morphine when smoking due to the temp though...

Only real good way to smoke O is to put it on the bottom of a bowl and pack a nice nugget on top so it acts like a charcoal piece in a hookah..

I dont smoke bud anymore so It is not good for my use...

eating it [opium 'tar']
is far more intense and efficient.

blue jay, if you were going make some for smoking what process would you use??

ive read things on here, but im still not sure enough how to to order a box. also growing it would not be functional for me. but dried pod to smokeable is very interesting to me. i have a three hose hooka smoking weed in it is too much fuss for the effect you know? but half and half would get me to brake that ho out.
