    you do know you have to register your biz with the state, yes ?

    got it registered as LLC, and have done the sales tax exemtion in the past, so I think I have everything....I think I even had a biz licence for the city...but I moved outside since then

    plus...

    i did file taxes on it last year even though I never even used it

    All they needed was tax ID, bissness ID #, and employer #....now to get connected to the internet at home (hopfully in the next week).
