    Lightbulb coming soon: upgrade to chat : Flash Chat
    seems the flash chat software that was donated to topia
    by duke x
    is compatible with vbulletin
    so i forwarded it to zen
    who will,
    when he's not doing something much more important
    like fixing pressing problems here,
    install it in the near future.

    this should please at least a few chatters
    briefly.
    just wanted y'all to know
    that we haven't forgotten you
    as we continue to upgrade mycotopia.

    this is great news indeed. with the new server the chat server is dull in comparison. this news is like being told that the car you just bought , is now going to be coming with leather seats and chromed rims. you dont need them, but damn its sweet when its thrown in free.

    If possible, i would LOVE for it to have a black background and white default text.

    It makes picking out colors so much easier, cause you can see and read any color easily, instead of loosing a bunch of them to the white background.

    No hurry, I was just curious, take your time Zen, I ain't tryimg to rush anyone... I like the normal chat but I spend so much time in there the colors are blinding me, LOL... Anyways, just a headsup is all I wanted, no hurries,,,

    Hey now... I'm busy.

    I've been working like a mad man, stressing over the new server, the move, topia, chat, grrr... It's a lot. It's been one hell of a ride going from a managed box to an unmanaged box and the configurations and security are of paramount concern. It's very unfortunate to have to rely on others for pieces of this puzzle to be complete but that's how it goes. Not one person can know everything there is to know about everything.

    Rest assured that behind the scenes I am working as diligently as God will allow and moving things along as best as possible. The move will happen, and soon. After that I have a long list of to-do's to complete and then I'll be moving on to other, less essential, items.

    Just think: If there were 48 hours in a day I would be done in half the time!

    I'm still here, still alive, and still working. Topia is the first thought I have when I awake and the last thought I have when I rest.

    the dns switch is underway . so that is a great thing. one of the biggest hurdles.
    that sends the chat switch up a notch. maybe not at the top of the priority list. but still up a notch none the less!!!!! yahoooooooo
