I am not the biggest chatter, I pop in once in a while but I think chat is great because it has gotten me answers to problems that I needed at that moment. Like when my friend put freshies in the fridge and they froze and turned black, I didn't know if they were ok to eat or not, and I got solid info so quickly, it was great.

But from the times that I was in chat. It seemed like about half of the time there was someone who wanted to start shit with someone, just for the sake of drama I suppose. I just don't get it. I guess being behind a handle and avatar gives some people the need to be immature and vulgar. I love this site, mostly because people really seem mature and are here for the common cause, but with anything there are those who come along that want to destroy it.

I think this policy is a damn good idea. No one is going to donate and then act like a fool. It just sucks that its probably only 1% or so that can ruin the fun for all the rest of us.

Im not much into chat although I have been in there a couple of times. You have to appreciate hippie3 for making this place a positive experience and leave the stupidity for other places. In my short time here so far I have seen Idiots and dumbasses get the boot like they deserve. I appreciate this place so much, it has helped me with my hobby greatly and exposed me to new things that have helped me become more enlightened. Thank you Hippie3 and all of the mods here, keep doing what you do.

Its just not the same. I don't put inflection in my words anymore cuz I'm so used to typing emoticons to communicate how I feel about what I say.

I miss the box on the home page that showed who was in chat at the time.
It was easier to check and see if people where in there with out having to load the chat applet.
Just my 2 cents . . .

I have to admit there was some neg shit going on in chat. I have only been in two or three times since I formed my membership here. The last time sucked, I swear there was someone inthere with two handles talkin back and forth to himself and us about gobblin enough pain pills to kill his liver. Then I watched him bash the mod for even being a mod. Hmmmm

I suppose if I had more than 40$ to my name and didnt have a family to feed I would consider. For now, May Hips Vips enjoy! I wont be coming along.
