chat access problems _ VIPS & Staff ONLY

ok, apparently the chat software is a bit confused and i need to manually edit some accounts to allow access
so
IF
a] you are a staff member here [supermod, mod, chat admin]
OR
b] you are a sponsor
OR
c] you are a VIP members
AND
d] you cannot access chat
plz post below & i'll edit each in turn.

by no means-
other threads here explain that henceforth
the chatroom is reserved for staff, sponsors and VIP members,
to gain access you'll need to become one.

yeah after reading this post i checked same deal for me , no biggy still can see the forums/vaults ,etc,,
mononukeleosis, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
