chat mod 'elections'

but we are open to
good suggestions
about new chat mods.
we need a few
who are willing to enforce our policy
fairly and impartially.
they must not tolerate abusive trolls
and boot them out when needed
but they must not abuse their power
to lord it over others.
who would you nominate ?

hmmmm. redrum used to be in chat a lot in the a.m. and was always pretty cool.
and ive seen shobimono really stand up to people and voice his opinion when it was against the grain. that took heart.

I would like to nominate my good friend mycolord.
He has an even temperament and a GREAT sense of humor.
I think he would do an excellent job!
Oh yea, and he is in chat frequently, an obvious pre-requisite.

fair enough, I was already calling him m'lord in chat to begin with hmmmmmmm..... I know troutlips is in chat fairly reg, rocketman as well; both great guys although I'm hesitent to be volunteering folks

Hell, it can't hurt. I'd keep things in order and not abuse my power. I'm going to be in there pretty often again.

I say Mycolord and rocketman... both are frequent chatters and have good heads on their shoulders... Maybe some others but those two stand out...

Even though I haven't been there as much lately, (but now able to chill much more frequently), Doob would be good. Very knowledgeable drunken penguin. Also, People Can Fly has been the voice of reason, as has Troutlips. But I must say I have enjoyed Pissys' company many a night, can't help but like him. Wonder if Sweetness would have the time a few nights a week, everybody enjoys when she stops in. Yeah, Mycolord is definately up there, too. Or Hidra, technical excellence there!

Haven't been in chat AS often...sooo busy... but with the new ones and old ones back I think we're good...trout is a good addition...did mlord get up there? ts is around too...and my boy pb is always there to talk with me... I am a chat junkie....don't even have time for my daily fix anymore... I cry at night sometimes....doob is good too...I had to add that... or shobi. I love that guy and he's there every night. Hell I think we should all be able to moderate chat....but that would be in a perfect world. I'd just get booted anyway... HAH. Love you guys.

thx guys, it was an honor to get nominated as a mod, but its not my cup of tea. i am putting in a request to just be a regular chatter again. hip is aware and ok with it. i am giving up my MDT (mod death touch) to just be regular old mycolord again.
