It's not a huge problem
and I think it's kind of funny.

For some reason every 20-30 minutes everyone's Flash player goes to shit and shuts down. We then log back in to find a black screen - we can still type, we just cant wee what we're typing without click-and-dragging over the text. And it's flash player, so only so much text, and you need to know where it all is other wise there is no highlighting; believe me, before we figured out how to fix it, it was really pretty funny. Except answering the same question over and over for people that don't know how to do it. That sucks. So, anyway, it happens and you have to just right-click anywhere on the screen that isn't inside text and then go into settings and then into storage. You then drag the little bar all the way to the left to let nothing be saved - clear the cache, I guess? You then exit chat, log back in, and it's all hunky-dory for the next 20-30 minutes. Lather, rinse, repeat. I don't even know what a cache is, and I know you're a busy doctor, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.

And the problem is easily solved
by remembering to clear your cache
as soon as you enter chat.
What the fuck is a cache?

Is it that consistent? I've never had it happen to me, doesn't say much, but you're making it sound very consistent.

The only thing I can do is post about it on their forums, that has to do with their application. I'm just along for the ride.

I'll come up with something better for the entering too.. I like the exploding thing, kinda funny.

Nah, it was happening over and over for about an hour - could have just been a heavier-than-usual workload, I don't know.

I can't log on at all...well...I get a completely blank white screen and that is it. HELP

That's a known issue... the fix is in a thread here in the rabbit hole

by the way the explosion message is when you leave, the rabbit hole message is when you come in...peeps with login problems often have them together like that...

I just PM'd PB and Trout cuz they are on right now hoping someone will kick my carcass out of chat so i can log in. It won't let me cuz it thinks i am there. bah.
