Has anyone else had any problems with getting the VIP chat to work? It says i have to install plug ins. But when i try to install it it doesn't work. Not sure whats going on.

Cuts, what OS are you trying to use?

In linux there was more than one flash option but only one worked in chat for me.

try going to add and remove proggies and uninstall the mac flash and adobe flash and then download the newest from each and install them, that should fix it, have had this problem was cause be some nice adware/malware.

Starting using Panda again, have never had any problem since

I use firefox, and i agree Eastwood i think its odd too. Maybe someone else changed some of my settings or something. I'll get it worked out in no time

Ok, I deleted my software and got the new shit...... Didn't work. This is weird....I guess maybe it's a glitch...................Funny thing I got through before I even changed this crap.

I did everything advised and it still is... well you know..... not working. I even did all that stupid crap ... like my computer wasn't up to that, and d/loaded shit i already had, and some kinda reselution.

that might be your problem.

and youd know for sure if it was something with your computer youre not aware of.

listen. here is a problem i find at times. usually when flash or adobe update. everything fucks up for a week or several days. it knocked off my aol for a week last time they upgraded.

now, if you remove the prior versions and make sure that after you remove those versions in add remove programs.

go back through your windows explorer window and search for c/: program files/adobe

delete the folder that says flash. make sure you get it all.

then restart your computer.

after that go to adobe site again and download and install the new version. once you do that. close out firefox. then restart firefox and it should fix your problem.

my computer doesnt open links all the time so I never know what is goin on half of the time. but when my pc actually opens the window the chat has actually worked for me. so no complaints here
