    i've appointed sinth
    to make several mods to our chat room,
    and made him a chat admin.
    in fact
    henceforth
    sinth will be our primary chat admin
    [assuming neither i nor zen is present]
    and he will be 'in charge' in there
    until i say otherwise.

    plz give him your cooperation and respect
    as he's working for free
    in our behalf
    so treat him right, plz.
