Over the years, States have found that the criminal justice system is a big money maker. Probation Officers have become de facto 'tax collectors', for lack of a better term.
I have been told that traffic fines are priced low enough that the majority of people charged will not fight them in court b/c of loss of work, etc, and high enough to make the state lots of dough.

Oh yeah,
and I've seen Stumbleweed magazine, which is like a 5 page rag; I've only ever seen one issue and it seems to me that they are ramping up their anti-medical MJ rhetoric.

I know what we should do with D.A.R.E., rather than have the kids sit through all that bullshit, I think we should just sit the kids down and make them watch Requiem For a Dream once a day for two weeks or something. That would keep them away from heroin and shit.

Please do not make links on this site to the DEA or any other anti-drug police/government agencies.

That means you ! That means all of us !

I changed the address slightly so that you can add the h to http in the beginning if you really do want to visit the DEA.

This is a very important safety rule. No links to police agencies ... ever !
