    what kind of radio frequency amplifier do i need for a 3 mile range?
    how much would that cost? and i really dont want a tower coming out the top of my place. all i want is to leave home with a random playlist broadcasting, get in the car, tune to my commercial free station, then go to work, tune to my commercial free station and sit back and enjoy!

    how much is a Variable Frequency Oscillator? can all this be ran off a laptop?
