Great time to be alive... The rise of Cannabis in the USA... God bless America!! Can you imagine the effects of this powerful plant on the most powerful country in the world?

It's about time. Let's hope they start falling like dominoes. Maybe with these stupid laws out of the way we can start growing industrial hemp and heal this wonderful planet of ours.

unfortunately this will never happened country wide... Tobacco and beer company's wont allow it... There talking about tax dollars being used in the prosecution of us so called criminals but the money gained from our fines and everything is going to hurt em.. Either way my lame as state probably be last lol

It is happening at an accelerated rate now. Legalization is closer in the US than it has been in more than 80 years. 13 states have legalized medical use and many more are considering it. California is gathering names to consider a vote to legalize and regulate cannabis.

I'm moving!

Here in Canada Mr. Harper has bill C-15 sitting before the senate which will include mandatory sentencing of 6 months for growing more than 5 plants.

This is a practice that has proven a failure in the US. This is grounds enough to leave this country let alone prohibition.

Are there any good country places to go to in the states that would be nice?

Keep up the good fight and see it legal to the end. This is the only way it will become legal in my country and millions, if not billions, of people will thank you.

Canada was about to legalize ...were gearing up for the vote - that's when the USofA freaked out and sent the ambassador to Ottawa to threaten trade if we went forward with legalization - go check it out ... anyway Harper is a complete moron - when he talks on topics like the legalization of MJ - he comes off sounding like a complete idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about - and simply spitting out rhetoric...

doesn't matter where you live - politicians don't really hear what people are saying about MJ - all they really care about (most of them) is votes / their title / their office / and their pay cheque - little else. This HAS to be a move from the ground up - can't see it working any other way.

I'll say one thing - this has lit a candle - now lets get out the gas and light a fire!
