| Growing on probation...? SO here's my deal, Im on probation for "Manufacturing w/ intent to sell and deliver marijuana AND psyilocybin... I currently live in a trailor by myself, that my dad owns... I WANT to GROW(again) SOOOOOO BAD! I'm trying to figure out the best way to get spores... ...is there any way that is "COmpletly fool proof?" b/c I don't want to ask ANYBODY if I can use their house as a drop, b/c then they'll know I'm growing again! ...and this time, NOBODIES GONNA KNOW BUT ME! (and you all) he heh ...but then again, I can't send em to my house! for all I know that's how they got me the LAST TIME! ...how safe is the internet anyway? should I just forget about it till I'm in a "Better Situation?" I appreciate any advice... |

| i wouldn't risk it since your already dealing with drug charges... but... your safest option would be to go for an outdoor patch somewhere. you can easily make mushrooms look like they are growing naturally and get away with keeping them on your own property or pretty close to it. you just have to rely on nature a bit more, which means you'll only get flushes certain times of the year depending on species. as for safe spores... fall is coming. its that time of year to find good specimens naturally. I suggest cloning as outdoor spores are more likely to carry contams. |

| Thanks Yall..I got a year and 4 months, but I've been good, passing my Drugtest and what not, so I'm hoping that I can get on unsupervised for my last year... and butt queso, I'm all about the outdoor patch, problem is, I can't get no SPORES! DAMN IT!!! TIME is RUNNIN OUT YO! In order to get fruits before the freeze sets in, I would have had to have shit colonizing already! ...thats why I m so "Antsy", kuz if I dont' get some spores within a week r two, I might as well hang it up for the rest of the year! Whats funny is that I had sooooo much paraphenalia in my house when they busted me that they left all kind of shit just kuz they were too lazy to carry it all out! kuz it was on the 2nd story...lol, too many donuts i guess, don't get me wrong, they cleaned my clock pretty good, but like my glove box, alot of my jars, The LC I had in the fridge, Bigass bags of birdseed and hay, and horse shit, My PC, some of my Fruiting chambers, humidifiers, THEY LEFT ALL THAT SHIT! (course I was smart, and had alot of it stashed at different peeps houses) but, So, when I got out (of jail), I moved out of town, and I took it all to a homie's house, Problem is, its just been sitting there for Months and Months, and dudes like "YO! you gonna use/come get this shit?" I mean its wrong of me to "Store" my "Factory" there and not be using any of it, but I'm terrified b/c I found out how fuct up the system is... and dude lemme tell ya... ITS FUUUUCCCT UUUUUPPPP! but, at the same time, I cant throw it all away, b/c then "They Win"! ya know? I'm on the fence with this thing and its splittin me right up the middle, my scrotum is gettin sore... Well, this post is long as fuck I better stop so people actually read it! lol... just know I got alot more to say! .... Peace for now... |

| 2 of my friends just got in trouble yesterday, they were both on drug related probation and growing weed an mushies!  they probably won't be coming back for awhile!

| I got nailed with 98 plants awhile back. My ex girlfriend ratted me out. I have already gone over the whole story a couple of times in other threads so I will just keep this simple. It was illegal search and seizure so except for losing all my shit, a bunch of money, lawyers fees, all my equipment, I got off. I had no probation because all charges were dropped, but I was then on their radar however. I wanted to start growing again really badly, but I didn't have an absolute death wish, or I should say prison wish (actually my lawyer told me I would have most likely gotten probabtion being my first offense, but that's not really the point). There was no way I was going to grow again in the same place, or even the same city for that matter when they knew all about me. I ended up moving down to Texas and me and a couple of friends that I had grown up with since 4th grade got an operation up and going. I guess what I'm saying in short is, if you are going to grow mushrooms again, especially anytime soon, don't be stupid. You had better know that you will not even have the slightest chance of getting caught. Since you are on probation, they know why your on probation and you are on the radar. Even if you moved, you're still on probation and I assume that you have classes and/or piss tests to deal with and a p.o. IDK man, seems a little risky to me. I have done as much research as I could on different laws in different states and in the federal system as far as mushies go. I always try and know what the laws are and what the penalties are before I attempt to do something that has the potential to get me in some trouble. Many states if you get popped growing some shrooms, and it's your first time, and you don't have previous felonies, you will get a slap on the wrist, probation, classes, piss tests, but not jail time (usually). You get popped for growing shrooms while on probation for growing shrooms, I can pretty much guarantee you that you will be going away for at least a couple months, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if it were several months. Just weigh out the risks versus the benefits. You are really the only one that can make this kind of decision, it's your ass on the line and no one elses. Wish you luck with whatever you decide to do and with your probation.

| They say that the average DUI costs you $10,000-$15,000. This was a figure I heard a couple of times years ago, so it may have gone up. That includes lawyers, court costs, insurance rates going up, classes, probation etc... My 98 plants cost me a whole lot more than that. I am still felony-free though. It could have been worse for sure.

| I would say, smile, eat their shit, yes sir, no sir ect... Because once you have those people digging in your ass... (And not like they are now. I mean DEEP! So far in that you would not consider asking this question.) You won't get them to go away. The system is fuxxed up and very powerful. We can't stop it. So just go with the flow. B4 u know it you'll have another chance and be free do as you will. But just for the record... SWIM was in a few fights about a year before SWIM was caught with a few dubtubs and got 2 years. SWIM was still on probation for a non-drug related problem. Before that SWIM was NEVER in trouble. Not worth the possible time. IMO However SWIM told me to tell you to send it to a friend. Now trust... that's another issue since the first rule of mushroom cultivation is "Don't tell a single soul." Good Luck with your future endeavors.

| Hey Deadspore, SWIY, did he have a felony previously? You said SWIY got 2 years, in the clink? Check out this link. Someone posted in yesterday or the day before (sorry whoever posted it, I forgot who you were and I just bookmarked it) and it's a pretty good link. It shows that a lot of states will give you probation your first offense. http://www.jug-or-not.com/shroom/statelaw.html Also, every judge does have a lot of discretion and room to play with on sentencing. You can get a judge that just got in a huge fight that morning with his/her wife/husband, and then a lot of people that day are screwed.

I'll kiss more ass than a one legged waitress, whos rent's due, workin at Ihop!... You all are right, Im on the fk'n RADAR, if not the Police Radar,the fuckin PARENTAL radar!...(sucks) ...either way, I'm powerless over my situation right now... I need to dig deep, and find some fk'n GRADITUDE... I mean, if it won't for my moms gettin me out, and puttin me up in their trailor, I could be in a prison shower right now with some NICE PERSON having his way with me! (sorry to drop the N-bomb)...(not like it matters)... Black people don't grow shrooms!! do they? is anybody reading this black? and/or offended I said that? lol... doubtful, but I digress, Ya know what pisses me off the MOST about it?...is that when I asked to see the warrant, they kicked my ass and threw me in the car, and rolled the windows up! AND... I found out it takes weeks to get the testing done on blocks of mycelium to determine in they're pyscho-active or not... well, guess what? I was tried and convicted with in DAYS of them finding it!...(Meaning) THEY DIDN'T HAVE SHIT ON ME!! Any who... The Irony in my name is why it is what it is... I knew what my post were gonna be like, (Me whining about not bein able to grow) so I figured it would go good with my whole..."Are you all the police?" attitude...(for lack of a better word)? | man, i think everyone's iq is going down reading this thread, FIRST, you have no business continuing to grow in the circumstances you are in, you also have NO RIGHT bringing us into it by subtly asking for spores, because if you ARE worried about it, you're not going to want to purchase spores online, you're ultimately going to ask one of us, which, since you are being watched, and you get busted again, one of us is going to go down with you, even if there isn't a real addy, fingerprints, if one of us send you something, and they get our fingerprints, we are f'''ed, I just think this thread should be dumped, and should have been the MOMENT that it was posted. i don't agree with this one bit.
