my pod arrangement

Ok, so yesterday afternoon I decided to dive in and give it a whirl. My goal was to get to the uplifting, speedy point...However I never made it there.

After the seeds were removed, one large pod, the smallest in the bag, was crushed up and added to 1 cup of water and simmered for 25 minutes. Sugar and cinnamon were added. I love the smell. After the first simmer, it was drained and the pulp was added to 1/2 cup of fresh water for a second simmer. The weight of the pod was 4-5g.

This was consumed around 12:30pm. The first noticeable effects were a slight floating feeling, a bit euphoric. This lasted for about 2 hours and was really nice.
Then came the heavy body load, which was ok as long as i was still. Moving around wasn't much fun. I was dizzy, hot, a bit of a headache, and too much moving caused severe nausea. Also a noticed effect was severe thirst. No matter how much or what i drank i was still thirsty.
I did get sick once and felt a bit better afterwards, but was soon slapped in the face that this was going to be an all night endeavor. The longer i stayed up the worst I felt. I went to bed around 8:30pm and slept all night long like a baby.

It is now the next morning. The nausea is gone, no more dizziness. I still have a bit of a headache and feel a bit off.
But WOW....

to the pod.

So maybe a half pod is the way to go then?

Interesting..Everyone seems to have varying effects from the pods..
For me, the only negative , would be Constipation the following day..
I started mixing the Pod with Kratom to reduce that effect, while still getting a really nice energizing yet euphoric experience...
That combo could be beneficial to u too Merm...Use half a pod and a few grams K..

There's no real rule sunstar... some pods are more potent than others, and they come in small and large sizes. You have to experiment with what you have to figure it out...
some grind all of there's up and mix it so it's all even, then you could measure out about the same each time..
I just weigh mine out and try to take about 3.0 to 5.5 grams worth... but the ride is always different because the pods vary in potency.

I've only tried them once, and the experience was pretty mild. One small pod.

I think I'm going to grind up a whole bag of pods in the blender and make sure they're well mixed, then calibrate starting with 2 or 3 grams. That way, I'm hoping that I'll be able to get a predictable dosage as long as that batch lasts.

Yeah Vinz I was really surprised. I didn't start feeling "normal" until about 5pm or so.
