![]() | "good mescaline comes on slow, the first hour is all waiting...ZANG!" last time, lured by erowids descriptions of its higher mescaline compliment, i decided to order a very large and impressive looking peruvian torch. i prepared it by removing the waxy skin and the spines in a most meticulous manner. i then removed the outer green flesh and boiled it four about four hours in water that had lemon and apples added for acidity. after the boil down i eagerly drank my new tea. it tasted rather nice, especialy after reading others descriptions of the flavor, maybe it was the apples. after drinking the tea i ate the matter left over after the boil and being a hunter thompson fan, began the wait because as we all know, "good mescaline comes on slow" long story short, NOTHING happened. it was tasty tea though, expensive, time consuming and tasty. *sigh* now i sit at my computer and look at our fine sponsors page again... pensive. i'd really really like to experience mescaline and am thinking of ordering three six inch cuttings of san pedro. does anyone have any thoughts before i send my hard earned money? thank you for your time and consideration. |

![]() | sure is me, somehow my old account got lost. *shrugs* not too many folks remember me round here nor my ehem... my true dimentions. *wink* i'll have to check the pedro out on thine advisement. would three six inch cuttings be enough for one mescal firstimer that weighs less than 145 lbs? as i recall you mentioned how your friend would blend, boil and strain the whole damn plant correct? |

![]() | *sigh* what a great evening. i just spent the last three hours or so watching old jefferson airplane/ hendrix/gratefuldead footige from woodstock. white rabbit is so amazing, when she gets shrill i get chills down my spine. right now i'm rocking out to my most favorite band tool live back in 98' got the vid right here in my apple. speaking of psychedelics... i placed my order for three six inch pedro cuttings from our very own bbb. lets hope they do the trick. i'll probably shave the wax cut out the spines and just use the meaty green. *wink wink* 64 and 2 is playing, i've got a couple scabbs to go pick so lemme get back to the concert. when i get the package i'll post some pics...hmmm.... bnl? |

![]() | I totally agree with you about those 1969 videos. White rabbit is by far my favorite from them, but some great great music. ![]()

![]() | i don't think 3 six inch pedros will get the job done reliably, more like 4 or 5 sections that length, imo .

![]() | apple cider anyone? i've heard good things about raising the acidity of your water thus getting more actives out of your cacti. does anyone here think apples would be ok to use? i know lemon juice would do the trick without question, but i'm thinking about taste. i'm trying to come up with a recipe of sorts, a brew if you will. |

![]() | i had no such problem. i drank half the boil down and by the time i got that down i started feeling the effects, i then downed half the dried torch via the 00 caps i had, not sure how many i swallowed but... zang is the word! i made it to the park on time, right on time. WOW. very similar to "cubes" and yet the mescaline had a feel all its own, definitly "speedier" than the GT's my ex grew. either way, i owe a big thanks to mycobri for all the "encouragement" and the communty for the knowledge etc. i've opened a new door... and like some have said. BBB has active san pedro. i've got to get to work.... etc... maybe i'll trip at work... hmmm....naw... lol ps. anyone tried mushrooms and mescaline at the same time? |
