Sleep Paralysis I just had, could DMT have caused it?

Ok, the day before yesterday I indulged in some spice. Well just not even 5 minutes ago I woke up to a strange feeling. A black shadow that looked like a bed sheet passed over me and went on past me and disappeared. When I tried to lift up to see what it was i couldn't move. I couldn't lift my head, I couldn't lift my arms. It felt like I was being held down by something. Also when the shadow passed over me if felt as though it entered my body which gave me a warm/cold chill that tingled my whole body but it wasn't just any tingle this was INTENSE. I know I was wide awake because just yesterday I brought a lamp from the den into my bedroom so my girlfriend could see me on the webcam. Well I could move my eyes and i saw the lamp i just recently put into my bedroom. Also it looked as though everything on my table including the lamp was floating, and i was trying to lean up tp look at it but i couldn't move. When i finally was able to get out of bed I have had and still have what appears to be a green circle in the middle of my vision like i have been rubbing my eyes extremely hard.

Do you think this could be from the spice I smoked the day before yesterday? Or could this be totally differently related to something else? Has this happened to anyone else here?

this has happened to my girlfriend and others. i do not think it is caused by spice, at least this is not a common reaction. one way you can prevent repeated visitations is to smoke weed before sleeping, i recommend it. others have said that these beings feed on fear and will go away if you feed them love instead of fear. good luck, my girlfriend has been smoking weed for more than a year and has stopped having these attacks. however now she can see benign colored spirit lights which flash agreement when she says something that is "right on", an indigo energy field, and a crystalline grid of energy in the sky. if you are having similar experiences you may be an indigo child or crystal child, look it up you are not alone.
