    Yep,I drawed one side by hand,scanned it,and copied/paste the side 4 times.
I think the vision had much more sides, but they were all the same..that's why I copied it...

I really like that drawing spacecake. Especially with the amber color and making it sun-like. Makes me feel peaceful. Beautiful image.

Sacred geometry is a fascinating subject to study. Anyone interested the geometrical matrix/holographic phenomena experienced under psychedelics should look into it. Two great books to begin with would be "A Beginner's Guide to Constructing the Universe: The Mathematical Archetypes of Nature, Art and Science" by Michael S. Schneider, and "Sacred Geometry: Philosophy & Practice" by Robert Lawlor. There is also a LOT of interesting stuff to find online.

I like it to Space...cut 'n paste...very cool...I was thinking "G-d, that's so symmetric, how did he draw that free-hand?" ...very nice and simple...I'll try that next time I'm in PS.

Yeah,it was easy to draw, but I had to drawn it quickly after the vision faded away, because it was getting harder to draw, because it was quickly fading away out of my memory...

I did the other day and didn't see them. The trip took around an hour to set in though.

    Mandelbrot?

most of my visuals are essentially fractalisation. i'm told that an infinite everchanging series of increasingly complex, aesthetically pleasing, geometrical designs (known as fractals) can be derived from a mathematical formula developed by someone called Mandelbrot. Everyone i know who has done psychedelics and witnessed the initiation and development of a Mandelbrot set has said "thats it! thats what i see!" or words to that effect.

It seems as if what is being discussed here is a fairly universal feature of human consciousness known as the 'form constant'.

There's a pretty fucking fabulous lecture here on how these images are generated by various sort of 'noise' spilling over into the visual cortex from the rest of the brain during various 'non-normal' states of consciousness.

A paper which summarizes the information upon which the lecture is based can be found in .pdf here.

I remember at night seing trees on fire with electric blue and green dots swirling into the sky from their dark Silhouettes.

I also remember seing a gridwork of electric red dots like a fractal but more like just a consistant pattern.

When the bud was burned there would form a psycadellic collored blob right square in the center of my visuals. and the electric dots would then start forming plant fractals. It was almost like I was seing into the bud.

Hard to explain, that was yearrrrrs ago... Never dreamed of drawing it. too complex

Spacecake, that is a beautiful mandala! I recommend Carl Jung's, The Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious. I am in the middle of it now, and it may explain your vision.

when i saw the thread it made me think of certain intense geometric visuals one gets usually w dmt but with heddie mush 2. It could be described as a kids maze like the ones u have to find the center of. these type of patterns form over shapes and define outlines and borders and are always changing. any1 else?

If you like the image i will post more at the lifestyles in a few days if the photo posting manageing editor is working for me as I am having problems sometimes posting images.

Here is an example of a psilocybian visual of sorts.
I have posted some of these inthe Lifestyles forum here at Mycotipia, go there and look for mjshroomer threads on fractal and other art forms.

Was this image developed using Mandelbrot's formula or is it your own artwork. Either way its marvelous, and its just the sort of thing that results from application of Mandelbrot's formula and its the sort of thing i see when tripping.Thanx again, truly wonderful!

(you can see them alot clearer with pans imo)
I can see them very clear, but cannot draw them, don't know why.
They are changing chape very gentle and give me alot of rest and peace when I look at them.
    How is it called ?
Why is it's shape so simple, but yet complex ?
..after many years of experiance,I never asked this question, and want to know if the shape is the same with eveyone...
i get the following Closed-eye movies on tryptamines, such as dmt and psilo'--
-geometric patterns/shapes [either static moving past your minds eye or as you say spinning, twisting, rolling, what-have-you....i guess they kinda do intergalactic cartwheels usually! reminds me of the old windows screensavers
-warped/stretched/bent/swirling/faceted-ness/true-hallucinations [ie: entities that arent really there and/or shapeshifting/personification/communication ability with inanimate objects and or animals, plants, and fungi.
on n,n-dmt i see a lot more 3d stuff then mush. that said.....

on phenethylamines, [ime] and lsd...oh, and btw, DOC...which is one cool molecule if u ask me...i recommend it to freekers everywhere*
    *

*its like a mix between lsd mushrooms and dmt and pretty darn cool BUT it fucking sucks when its laid on paper, usually nice paper too, and sold, even thoguht-to-be/accepted in a group/circle/'fam' as actual acid. its very dangerous though, and always have a sitter when toying with any pychedelic, however, doc, at least ime, is bigtime fucked up in that is seperates you from reality so much on a 'regular' dose, in the way of 'tunnel vision' and 'warped/blurred/dis-association' type effects all combined, on only like 1-5 hits. this is real scary cuz lsd is not like this. you need like 20 hits of acid to get that shit. i do at least. everyone is different. closed eye visuals as well as morphing/shapeshifting colorful [sometimes b&w too!] 3-dimensional boxes/balls/everlasting gobstoppers and other fractalized 3d objects - similiar to the attached file, below, of a painting by alex grey's wife, allison; while under the influence (lsd? dmt? im unsure. i havent heard the story from her directly, only through alex who didnt specify when i was at his chapel during a guided tour one day, but was one of the three, im sure.)

these 3d objects, again, when eyes closed, or in complete darkness b4 yer eyes adjust (rarely happens fast enough before u start seein shit ime anyway )
will spin and bounce/roll/morph, etc, to the music, if there is indeed music. and you get the same inter-connectedness with the earth and all creatures/life like you do with psilo when on the doc... shits pretty neat if u are responsible about it and know what yer getting into

all in all the geometric patterns of light beams associated mainly with the psilo/but also with various tryptamines/high dose lsd/doc [all ive really tried and can tell about] are much like winamp visualizations

the true Light actually makes me hallucinate if i eat enough, --

but, it more 'distorts' realty, imhfo showing the user the true way to look at the world, and can give you a third-person view of your own self*... can also make you transparent--socially..

*(hence the ego loss often associated with use)

    all in all....

if i wanna see shit, including the workings of the universe and and talk to the trees,,lol "connect with nature".... i go for the tryptamines.

if im out for taking a look deep within my own self....dare i say enlightenment...and/or try to ulock the secret workings of the human mind (a good way to lose it and not come back-- DO NOT TRY THAT ONE AT HOME! ....i usually eat LSD.

if i want to take a trip for fun, its DOC or similiar and i believe it shouldnt be frowned upon. its just so so so sad its an lsd-adulterant/alternative, etc...as described above puts a nasty stigma around it.

thats all she wrote im going to bed

    Nice Cap...!

I am intereged by that secret writing part of the picture you showed...!
    Mainly this part...

Why..? ,because I saw this kind of writing in a picture that I was watching on my computer screen.
It was a satelliet picture, and I think it was just the lines I saw where two or more pictures were attached to each other.
But I couldn't take my eye of it ,because it very much looked like some kind of writing ,like in your picture...

Maybe Allyson just draw that for another reason, but whatever it is..I like it.

    dunno!

wish i could tell ya! next time i am over at their place, if i remember, i will ask. i forget but i think its only known to her. i only say that because it looks so similiar to the writing/text i seen/was shown on vaporized dmt when i broke through last. it was everything. hard to describe. kinda like the meaning to life and all the secrets of the cosmos revealed in a text that you can not decifer visually, it kinda just telepathically is thrown at you (the meaning of the text). cuz i know for shit sure the 'scroll' the dmt goddess showed me wasnt any human text ive ever seen. it really did resemble that writing a LOT. so maybe try looking at it on DMT

    hehe take care

ps- try emailing her she is a kind soul and im sure will get back to you

Even on low doses I see the pictures when my eyes are closed.
On higher doses I have seen whole pictures, shapes, and what looks like writting sometimes with my eye's open, The pictures are always different tho. I believe its part of the spiritual message the mushies are trying to convey.
