A trance I had on Shroom/Didg

Hello, bonjour shroomers

felt like sharing that experience I had a few weeks ago~

So, I'm tripping on a all-nighter doing my things. I like toplay the didg while tripping cause well, it's fun!

so, I'm thinking about lots of stuff and those thoughts transforms into some nice visuals, bubbles everywhere. this felt like infinity for quite awhile. Smaller bubbles being made out of bigger ones, and vice versa.

So, I've been playing the didg and been autodidact on the learning part. So I play a very contemporary style. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0sjb...eature=related ) Not yet quite as good but I can do my own wicked stuff.

During those visuals, I just grapped my didg and expressed those visions through sounds. and what happened was just awe-some.

I start playing in a way I -never- did or dreamed of before. It was such a fast-paced style but yet, there was sooo many melodies and rythm.

Usually,most of the time when I play let's say I play for 2-3-4 seconds and then sniff a big bubble of air.

What happened there is ehh.. I was sniffing mini-little bubble of air on a continous space. Literally couple if not dozens of them a second.

If you can vizualise this this way, the way I would modulate the sound was such as the tiny little bubble of air would my its way down my throat by being 'absorbed' in between the air that was coming up my throat.

It felt like 3/4 of my throat was air coming up, and the rest was air coming down. Usually it's 100% up, small pause, I sniff in, then out again.

It lasted about I don't know..let's say ten minutes.,..you know time on shrooms isn't time not-on-shrooms.

What I was playing was -not- comtemporary at all, it was pure traditional playing like the australian aboriginals who have been playing the didge for ten thousands of years

if not way faster most of the time.

Since that experience( I havn't tripped since but I plan on to soon) I have been ableto play some rythm alot faster but, I never reached that level of playing again.

Lots of thoughs emerged oput of this experience. It was night time, time in Australian was daytime. I felt connected to other beings playing those rythms somewhere, somewhen, with me. Well the 'me' was one with all those. I guessed for a moment, due to the reflexions and thoughts I was having (It all started wondering abstractly about the heumm.. grand scheme of the 'uni'verse. Then the visuals took over and it started.

I'm happy to hear you had such a wonderful and enlighning experince Brakiska,

FOAF had an experience like this while shrooming, but while playing the guitar. Felt like you could play at a much higher skill level and express a more dynamic and natural feeling. It was really quite an amazing feeling, it almost felt like "channeling" some creative force or something along those lines... but who knows it was a very subjective experience and pretty much anything done while in the "shroom state" will feel more connected and natural ie. biking, snowboarding, painting, talking ect.
