![]() ![]() ![]() | Before us is the Cosmos on the grandest scale we know (long)
This is an account of my first DMT experience. I completed a MHRB extraction the night before and when I woke in the morning, there was a nice clumping of white and light yellow spice crystals in the corner of my evap dish. I was extremely excited because I thought I had botched the previous night's extraction (extracting while intoxicated is NEVER a great idea). My mood throughout the entire day one of giddy excitement and an overwhelming feeling of anticipation, so much so that I had to leave work an hour early just to get home and prepare. I spent a few moments arranging a quiet spot in my basement, lighting a few candles and a stick of incense and dimming the lights. I chose to play some music (MMW's Farmer's Reserve - a dense, hour-long improvisation with heavy world music undertones) because I've found that music is often an extremely valuable guide in many of my experiences. While arranging the setting, I started to feel myself becoming extremely nervous and anxious, butterflies in the stomach anxious. "Holy shit," I said to myself, "you're about to partake in something new, but incredibly ancient and special." I had to step away to calm myself down, so I went upstairs, smoked a cig and had a few sips of water before my launch. While upstairs I opened my copy of "Cosmos" by Carl Sagan and read a few paragraphs from the page to think about something else. As Sagan was musing about being dropped in a random spot in the universe, I suddenly found a mantra for the evening's experience - "Before us is the Cosmos on the grandest scale we know." Something about that phrase calmed me enough to head back downstairs to begin the session. A small "bump" was loaded on top of some half-smoked herb in my bowl and then covered with some fresh green. I fanned the lighter across the top of the bowl and started to see the whitish DMT melting underneath the herb. I knew it was time. I put the bowl to my lips and noticed a sweet, but slightly odd flavor and familiar smell. I again fanned the lighter across the top and inhaled. The first hit came in with great ease and no discomfort. As I exhaled, I began to sense a sinking and pulling feeling in my lower back, which soon crept up to the base of my neck. My depth perception was being sucked outward slightly, as well. I took my second hit, a much bigger and tastier toke, and felt the smoke crawling through my lungs and my body melting, or at least turning into some heavy pile of gelataneous junk. When I exhaled the second hit, things immediately changed. The room pulsed slowly and my depth perception disappeared completely. The room was squished and elongated. I tried to put the bowl to my lips and hit again ("Get the third one in quick," I said out loud), but I didn't make it. I closed my eyes and saw a long tube, a tunnel it felt like. The tube snaked and undulated about in front of me and was lit with flashes of purple and green neon moving along it's top and sides. It felt like I was moving slowly towards it and then instantly being pulled through it. I had to open my eyes to be sure I was still in the basement and I saw magnificent geometric fractals across the carpet and the wall. When I closed my eyes again I was still traveling through the snake/tunnel, but at a much more rapid pace now with all the neon veins on the walls pulsing faster and shooting past me. I quickly came to a vast opening of empty darkness and thought that maybe the journey was winding down. I realized I was wrong when out of the background comes a dark green mandala slowly spinning clockwise towards me. It enveloped my whole field of vision and I began to see the shape of a person in a box in the middle of it. This person was flailing their elongated arms about in a side-to-side motion as if dancing. He seemed old, dressed in some weird robe contraption. I tried to look at his face because I felt like I was very close, but it was squished, distorted and unrecognizable. I felt as if he didn't want me to see his face. After what felt like an hour, I leaned my head all the way back so that I was basically looking upwards with my eyes closed. Then the strangest things happened. From over my shoulder, I felt a cold, electrically-charged breeze blow down the back of my neck and across my chest. I opened my eyes and sat up immediately because it felt like someone walked in and sat right beside me. The basement was still pulsing, though the fractals had subsided significantly, and of course no one else was in the room. I dismissed this occurrence, leaned all the way back looking at the pulsing colors on the ceiling and as soon as I closed my eyes, I felt something/someone touch the top of my head. Just a tap. Again, I immediately sat straight up and looked behind me, only to find nothing. I slouched forward with my face in my hands to see if I can catch any trace of whatever it was, but all I saw now were what looked like a fleet of purplish space ships shaped like some pretty DMT rhombus crystals I saw on a forum. They were lined up video game style and slowly drifting off into the distance. At this point, it was fairly obvious that I was baselining. The OEV's had almost completely subsided, with just a residual glow. My body felt good, like waves of pleasure were sweeping over me, and I noticed I had a huge smile on my face. Time disintegrated, but judging by the CD I was listening to the adventure lasted about 12 minutes. There's more to the story, including me launching a few friends into hyperspace and my large dose adventure, but I could probably write pages and pages about the second experience. |

beautiful report! ![]() Welcome to hyperspace! lol ![]() thanks soo much for sharing. ![]() also... I think more beings exist without physical bodies, than they do with them.......... it very well could have been that the presence you sensed... was real.

This write up / experience seems similar to one my friend had 2 nights ago.. As we came back down 2 base level we were chatting about what we had seen. He mentioned flying through a tunnel of colours & fracticals at a fast speed toward a white light. In the center of this light he said he saw a silhouette of a budda waiting for him at the end but he didn't make it to the end.. This is an excellent report.

Everything went digital tonight. The football game on tv looked like a video game and so did everything else. Like old school NES video game. Tried to close my eyes and focus, but it was so overwhelming. I also felt like I left my body... and thought I pissed myself. |
