masterful cactus

hello all,wanted to share some highlights from this weekend.
this was my third weekend spent making friends with the mighty
mighty bridgesii.
big props to irishlion,his tek all the way.impossible to not produce a good brew.
this weekend i prepared my largest dose yet.my two prior were in the
900-1100 range.prepared by 3 cookdowns,and vigorous straining
until there is no taste left in cactus.combined and reduced to 4 oz.
per serving.
actualy,my first weekend i reduced to around a pint,and due to my stomach
being sometimes uncooperative,it took more than a few gulps to get down.
and i still i usualy purge about 60% of the time w/cactus.
and my first time with this cactus exceeded any other experience with
catus i had up to that time.

this weekend i prepared a tea consisiting of 2 doses of around 1200-1300g
per dose.
i also prepared a seperate dose of aprox 500-600 for my bro calaquendi.
this was a just in case dose(i knew he planned on dropping some cid
and i had an idea that the dosage would probably be just enough to wet
his appetite for something that might provide some potentialy high adventure!)
and anyway,if he wasnt up for it,i certainly would let it go to waste

so anyway,me and my other homeboy,began the unpleasant task of consuming this mighty teacher.
our dose was at 4 oz. a piece.
began consuming at 4:45,took me about 1 hr to get it all down.
it goes this way for most major plant teachers with me.
my stomach doesnt seem to share my enthusiasm for these outings.
however,for whatever reason,this time there was no purge
kinda surprising though,cause this was BY FAR the worst the tea has tasted yet.
as a matter of fact,i dont think i have ever consumed anything worse.
i have been drinking ayahuasca for 10 years and i never had one close
to this level of foulness!

bad taste aside,i began to notice onset,mingled with nausea within about
20 min of my first drink.
over the next 2 1/2 hrs the power and nausea waxed and waned
up and down.
then as usual for me around the 3hr mark,the full power of the marvelous
cactus began to bloom.
let me put it this way,this was BY FAR AND AWAY the deepest i have gone
with the cactus yet,and over the last year,i have had some good ones
(with p.torch)...
this last weekends experience was among the very best,perfect,deepest
completely immersive,experiences i have ever had.
realy,it seemed to me more reminescent of a full blown ripper ayahuasca
journey that never ends than prior experiences with cactus.
no question a contribution from the extra alkaloids in this bridg.

the visionary content of this experience was astonishing.
unending flowing gold,magenta,rainbow pools,rivers,and ribbons
flowing around over and through,complex geometry,crystaline landscapes
massaged by ribbons of irredescent light,rainbow angel wings with eyeballs
embedded,endless entities,spirits...dissolving boundaries into my brothers
souls....on and on for hrs and hrs and fucking hrs....

the music on tap was....fucking primal,allowed me to bathe in the fires of
creation...man.....

and later in the night.before sunrise....spice,,,,as good as it was(always is)
i was semi reluctant to smoke,because mthe visions from the catus were
so good i didnt want ANY cluttering of the field.
i smoked anyway(dead can dance spirit chaser)..,nice

it was great to partake of this sacrament with my brother calaquendi.
his last big outing with catus(50g torch) last summer was um,
well he can fill you in on that if you would likr to hear about it.

this was what i wanted to see happen for him.i could tell he was lovin
it.fuckin awesome!
beautiful full harvest moon,cool night breeze,strawberry cough,my brothers
mastodon,neurosis,tribes of neurot,dead can dance...bridgesi....DAMN!

what a fucking night.

Congratulations.
While I have not tried the Bridgesii tea yet I have had tea, tar and HCl b4 and Mescaline is truly awesome. One of the things I'll always be thankful to Mycotopia about as I never thought I would ever see the stuff 'til I came here and learned from all the fine folks here.

Now you understand my friend what crossing over is all about, that spirit teacher much like loph williamsii is truly and I mean truly unimagable beauty, there is nothing better on this earth than a breakthrough on Bridgesii or loph williamsii. They truly are the most beautiful of all our spirit teachers IMHO.

I am glad you and Cal had a great time. I do know where you went as there is nothing better than walking the veil between the worlds. Congrats on taking it to the next level and BTW it can get ALOT more intence. Especially with 1800 to 2200 Fresh grams, if you can maintain then you will be shown the wonders of the acient worlds and the beauty of the spirit realm all at once, BUT, be warned it WILL be intence.

no reason to expect it to be anything less than jaw dropping.
every time i do the bridg,it gets better.
of course this last one was certainly a larger dose.
im ready to dive deeper.
ive worked through a lot of my shadow over the years with ayahuasca
and managed to blow out a lot of baggage and cobwebs with it.
it makes the cactus all the more beautiful to me.
i find i am able to flow with the experience,and appreciate the raw
beauty of the experiience.like seeing a awesome storm or a wild beast.
raw and elemental.
pure.
anyway,ive rambled long enough.
have a good one bro.

Its great that you have worked on your internal issues and faced the True you as cactus will make you "face yourself" first before it will ever open the door to the spirit realms, I have found more healing in the cactus than anything. It truly is a most awesome teacher but, if you have any issues you haven't dealt with it will make you face them. Did your tea taste salty or very very bitter. Just remember this "beware the cactus tea that tastes lke pure salt" it will shatter you to your very core and destroy you then rebuild your soul. One of the very reasons why I love it so much.

Shadow when the hell you gonna try the bridgesii tea? I know you love the hcl but, my brother from another mother you MUST try this cactus. Think you will be impressed with its effects but, be warned if there are any issues you have faced it will see to it that you deal with them or make you freak in the process if you resist "THE SPIRIT OF THE CACTUS". If you don't try the bridgesii soon I am gonna have to make you a tea and Well "drink it in your honor".

The Biggest problem I would face taking the Bridgesii tea is if I order some Bridge cuttings I'll just end up planting them!

A good friend here has sent me many Pedro cuttings to tea up and they are all growing out on my porch.
But I hear you and do want to try it sometime soon. Hell I need to do some Mesc in any form sometime soon. Have some other plans for this weekend but the next weekend or next trip weekend anyway will be mescaline in one shape or form.

Very, very true Irish. Big medicine. You will not get very far on any of these plants without working on yourself first. Its a long process of cleansing. The cleaner you get the thinner the veils between the worlds become and easier you can enter the other side. You have to slowly remove every brick, stick, and rock you have placed between you and it. All the bricks are stamped with the letters EGO.

There have been a few folks here dissapointed in the visions or the level they can achieve on these substances. Irish has given an answer to this puzzle.

wanted to wish you a good journey, I have no doubt that mescalito will teach you something worthwile. I have never done bridgessi but would love to i'ts growing right now just waiting while i nurture nurture nurture give him my love. I have only done pachanoi and now I only bathe him (tea) I have learned that he will not talk to me if extract (take hci). you must love him the chemicals dont matter, mescalito talks to you through the heart as while talking to deities on mush, aya is more telepathy, that is why mescalito brings forth the deepest wisdom to you imop.

well once again the cactus delivered the goods.
i prepared a tea of 1800g fresh,reduced to 6 0z.
my plan was to consume all,but alas my bro calaquendi was at
the abode,and i could tell he was thirsty for a tasty treat,and
i would feel bad letting a bro go thirsty,so i parted with 2 oz.
(aprox 600g worth).i should have just prepared a seperate tea
of 600 for him,and a seperate of 1800 for me,but hindsight is always
20/20.

the tea was as always,prepared using irishlions tek.
3 or 4 cookdowns,until catctus has no taste left.
i consumed my portion in four 1 oz.shots over the span of about
45min or so.
i experienced a fair amount of nausea during the transition as usual
but again no purge.
it seems although the taste is as vile as ever,i am getting better at
drinking it and keeping it down.

this experience was a continuation for the most part of the themes
from the week prior.
delved a bit deeper into the visions.
the most impressive was what i interprted as a visual of how
the world(s),or universe(s) of form arise from pure consciousness
raw unformed energy.
the best i can attempt to descrbe it is,i found myself flying,or floating to
the center of...umm i dont know how to describe it,a display
vast beyond description,it radiated outward 360degrees...
i flew into/perceived the center.
it was pure blazing,formless white light,no shapes or forms other than
the pure white light.
as i followed the layers of this radius outward,away from the center
and the white light,the light began to shift to the other colors of the spectrum.blues,greens,red...
and floating in,and crating these colors,were forms,numbers,equations
geometry,entities,undescribable stuff..
on the outer layers of this prismatic display were images of animal,and
human life,family and friends....and...its really kinda impossible to
properly describe the true majesty of the vision,im sure you can relate
to the feeling!

it was really good to see my bro cala. taking his relationship with this
teacher a step further as well.i think he is sold!

all i all,another incredible journey.i may have other matters to tend to this
weekend,so i will probably be staying on this side of the curtain till
next time.
and next time,i will definitely be drinking 1800,and will just prepare
another tea for my bro calquendi separtely!

It would vary from cacti to cacti.
He is referring to 1800g of fresh cactus by weight, not the estimated Mescaline dosage contained therein.
So could be a short fat cactus or tall skinny one etc.

if i remember correctly i used either 3 or 3 1/2
cuttings that were 12 inches long,and about 2 1/2
inches in diameter.

i have found it seems the cuttings in this batch were on avg
right around 600g or so per 12inch,2 1/2 dia. cutting.

all ten cuttings were fairly uniform in size.

absolutely MAGICAL plant.
