theres a few ways to smoke it. I have never seen one of those "classic DMT pipes" they describe on some of those old FAQs on erowid and shit (if someone has one please post a pic, I want to get one custom made)... the two main ways are in a regular pipe, sandwiched between ash, parsely, weed or whatever, or in a one of those pipes they use for smoking meth I think.... they are like a glass tube with a ball on the end with a little hole on top, these are usually refered to as a base pipe. with the base pipe you heat it from the bottom, causing the DMT to melt and then boil/vaporize. I was a big believer in the base pipe... but yesterday I had my strongest trip ever using a regular pipe and parsely. I just actually ordered a lord of the rings style pipe from shivadas that I will be using for DMT only... I dunno it just fits.

when you use the regular pipe, try to hold the flame slightly above the stuff, not actually touching. after a while you will get smoke from the spice (and also the parsely). take 3 or 4 hits like that and you should be good.

BTW how big was your yield and what vendor did you get your MHRB from?

swim has a classic psychedelic ranger (also known as a CRACKPIPE) type pipe, which has a glass bulb, air inlet, and stopper.

its made from the same type of ground joint glassware as chemistry equipment.

Apparently it was made by a local glassblowing head, who is especialyl into DMT. swim found it in a pipe shop nearby....

swim've never found another one.

however, you can find them on the internet.

swim am atually ditching it lately in favour of a blown glass multicoloured "spoon" (actually, its a hammer) with chamber and open bowl so that swim can get more ripsnort for his money -

because swim finds it to be a bit slow on the heat up and hence the tokes are a bit too long; so higher dosages are a bit limited. swim usually likes > 65mg... but swim is just a bit of a nutcase in that sense.

try 115g (fresh) cubensis and 2 x medium doses of semilancaeata....

i don't know if it'd get hot enough.. it might on the max setting... but that dmt taste will be near impossible to get out of the whip
i have a designated pipe i use for mine.. metal screen on the bottom gets a layer of blue lotus on the bottom then spice on top of that.. then an old screen (that is still shaped in the form of the bowl) over that.. like a little dome.. i really think this helps keep it from getting too hot and gives a nice even heating.. would be nice to have a water pipe though.. that smoke is some harsh shit.

The best way i found to smoke DMT is hotrail style. You get a hollow glass tube and a blow torch heat one end until it's glowing red then snort the line and it all evaporates in one hit.

i've never heard of this...r u sayin it'l vape before it hits yor nose or do u inhale hot powder? what if it dont vape? r u usin a rose stem or somethin skinnier?

I'm using a glass tube about triple the size of one of those rose tubes it use to be a bulb pipe but the bulb broke and yes it all evaporates before it reaches your nose if you get the end of the glass glowing red. It's the way a lot of people smoke meth around these parts.

Heres a pipe that I use to vaporize trichromes and honey oil, I hope some day it will work well with DMT. It also fits into most standard bongs as a replacement to the downpipe.

Shit, back in the day we used to do this with meth crystals.......

While it's true, most times you will exhale a wisp of smoke/vapor after snuffing up your line, never has it seemed like a line completely vaporised.

Most times we were so fuckiing skitched out from the meth high, it didn't really matter that we were sticking half melted crystals up our noses'

I highly doubt this method could work for DMT.....but I guess I can't say for sure....... So, merely speculating here.

Is DMT even active if insuffilated?
