When I post my images into the file uploader some will upload and others will not. The pictures were taken with the same camera. Do you know why some will upload and others give me the "image upload failed" response. Thanks for any help.

You got the picture attached - are you trying to get the picture to show up full sized in the post?

If so, do this:

1> Create a message and use the Attachments button (paperclip) to upload the picture.

2> Type in a little text and then click the "Preview Post" button (next to Submit).

3> Your post will show up in a Preview section above the message editor. The thumbnail of the image you uploaded should be showing as well.

4> Click the thumbnail so the full sized image opens in a new browser window.

5> In the new window, highlight the whole address (including HTTP://) and then click Edit and then Copy. For instance, your diet Coke image is at:

http://forums.mycotopia.net/attachme...n1071-copy.jpg

6> In the message editor window, click the Insert Image button.

7> Do Edit and Paste to paste the address you just copied into the little pop up window:

8> You can do this manually by putting IMG tags around the address.

[IMG]ADDRESS OF THE IMAGE INCLUDING HTTP[/IMG]

I,m not the most computer literate, but I think i understand. It will take me a few more tries.
By the way, I stumbled upon this web sight doing a google search on earthworm castings and found one of your thread. Then I checked out the "banzi institute" where I was turned on to some new ideas. Specifically, your LC tek. Thank you for all the great info and ideas!

Not a problem, man.

I must say, I've changed my opinions on LCs over the years. Popcorn slurry jars are much more effective. I don't use LCs very much at all any more...
