    i am new in oll this and i ruined four cakes so i went to the shop and bay some things and i make this so i need your opinion please .
    especially for the casing what wood you dew ??

    too much humidity like that, overkill.
    you'd get massive condensation on the casing for sure.
    need to reduce output.

    Thanks. I couldn't quite read it.

    You'll need to put that humidifier on a timer. I'd run it once every 2 hours for 15 minutes. That may even be too much. Maybe every 4 hours.
