i just cannot seem to be able to post a picture for the life of me i am borrowing a digital camara from a buddy and i don't have the software that came with it.i think that my pics may be too large but i'm not sure. averaging 500KB is that too big? if so,what would be a good program to resize them and how big should they be? sure would like to get this figured out. thanks in advance. |

Heres some info from the FAQ here. The administrator may allow you to use the attachment feature of this forum, which gives you the ability to attach files of certain types to your posts. This could be an image, a text document, a zip file etc. There will be a limit to the file size of any attachments you make, as the forums should not be used as an extension of your hard disk! To attach a file to a new post, simply click the [Browse] button at the bottom of the post composition page, and locate the file that you want to attach from your local hard drive. Only certain types of files may be attached: these are the valid file extensions for files to be attached to this forum: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg mp3 pdf png psd txt zip. After posting, the attachment will show up in the body of your message. To view the contents of the attachment (if it is not already displayed) simply click the filename link that appears next to the attachment icon .

![]() | JPEG Resizer Home JPEG Resizer is a powerful tool for Microsoft Windows which allows you to resize lots of JPEGs with just a few clicks. It's packed with various advanced features such as Anti-Aliasing, Colorization and selectable JPEG Compression Factor. You can choose between four different resizing methods, specify how resized JPEGs should be named and where they should be stored. If you shot photos with a digital camera at a resolution that is too high for presenting your photos on the internet, you need to resize them. JPEG Resizer makes this jobs quite easy as you don't need to resize each single image for itself. Screenshot Download Center Click here to Download

it was a bmp file and 527kbs, and thats to large for what ever reason. I couldn't crop a bmp file cause what ever reason. So Mermaidia's laptop has a program to change the file type. We changed it to a jpeg. With that we could edit it. Bmp files are limited to I think 200 or so kbs. ol' well I got it thx Topia.. Nice lookin' Coyote eh? |
