Yeah, DXM is some real horror. Easy to get, easy to abuse, and easy to get that 3 day hangover that follows. It was fun as a kid, but there's better stuff to get into now...although the day after using it one time, someone said I was looking "haggardly"...that's probably the best compliment I've ever recieved.

Why the hell do kids take coricidin? Of all the crap to take, why not a simple bottle of robitussin? Why not get some of those cough syrup film strips (like the lysterine strips)? Every damn kid I've ever talked to that does DXM grabs the coricidin, DXM is bad enough for ya, but why take the brand that is most likely to kill you? Maybe this is nature's way of killing off dumbasses. DXM is fucking horrible for you, but the least you can do is be a teensy bit safe about it by taking something that has a lower chance of killing you. Sorry, don't mean to offend anyone but it seems like a lot of people go into things without any research and wind up dying over something stupid that could have easily been prevented with a quick trip to erowid.

I was a building mechanic at a licorice co. The one that makes red vines. Anise is used in black licorice, smells more like anus. Now the chocolate licorice, mmmmmmmm. All of building two would smell like cocoa, some exceptional weed & warm chocolate licorice just out of the oven was just grand. Those days I did even less than usual.
