![]() ![]() | IMO it's all hype.. Because if Bigfoot existed he would be that easy to come by. To me it looks like a costume someone made up and just laid in there.

![]() | The photo is supposedly the body of a real-life Bigfoot, although our own Greg Kumparak says it “looks like a F-ing carpet thrown into a bath tub with a Chewbacca mask on top.” The same thing I thought when I saw the pic.

The last time I know somebody messed with a bigfoot they ended up in court for messing with homeless people & making a profit on it (Bum Fights) |

![]() | Meh, since you asked nicely. Seeing a Bigfoot is like a blessing and a curse. I feel privileged to know that it is real, but trying to tell the story to most people and they just call you an idiot. I think that Bigfoot is like ghost stories, most people are non-believers until they experience something supernatural, which I have as well. I was camping out with a few friends in North East Ohio. Shrooms, weed, beer, and a weekend. We thought we were going to have a great time. We tripped on our first day there and drank and smoked and had a great time. The second day is when we ran into Bigfoot. At the time we weren't tripping, just high. Wandering through the forest and we heard noises like something walking through the forest. First thought is of a deer or some other friendly critter. After a while of walking it becomes apparent that whatever is wandering in the wilderness with us, is following us. Now I start to get the idea that we are being stalked by a cougar or some not so friendly critter. We stop moving and begin looking around, didn't want to get sneak attacked by some hungry critter. That is when I noticed it, a set of eyes behind a large branch. The branch was higher off the ground than any of us so we knew that it wasn't a regular animal. As we stood there we could start to make out the rest of the figure, it had broad human like shoulders, fairly long brown hair, a lot of people talk about a strange odor that accompanies it but I didn't notice any smells. We just stood there, frozen, not sure what to do. It didn't seem violent or angry toward us, but it was quite large. After a few minutes it ducked under the branch, and turned to the left and started to walk away. After it had walked a few steps away we slowly and apprehensively followed it, we took about five steps before it looked back at us, turned its whole upper body to look back, and ripped a large branch off of a tree, seemingly defensive. That is when we took off. My friends and I are actually planning to go back to the area within the next couple of weeks, this time we will bring a video camera. |

![]() | SanDom, thanks for sharing.......there are allot of closed minded people out there. I've been known to show signs of it myself. I truly believe that any of us could have an encounter like this and it would be tough to get others to believe it without them actually experiencing it themselves. You may have been a skeptic yourself before you had this experience.... Quote:

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Proof or Hoax? Bigfoot Said Found in Georgia Two Georgia men claim to have found in the northern woods of that state something that has been often reported but never proven to exist: a Bigfoot. They say they have a body, photos of the body, and DNA evidence — some or all of which will be revealed this Friday, Aug. 15, at a press conference in Palo Alto, Calif. If the group does have a Bigfoot carcass (and if they actually show the body, instead merely displaying photographs of a supposed body), then perhaps scientists will take note. Still, it's not clear how, exactly, the group will prove that what they have is a Bigfoot. Because there is no comparison specimen, there is no DNA analysis that can definitively identify Bigfoot tissue. Readers may recall the much-hyped press conference held on May 30, where a man claimed he would provide "definitive proof" of alien visitation. His "proof" turned out to be a short fuzzy video clip of what he said was an alien head outside his window trying to ogle his teen daughters. Needless to say, top scientists were not awestruck by his evidence. History repeats? This is not the first time a Bigfoot body has been claimed to have been found. A man named Tom Biscardi, founder of something called the Great American Bigfoot Research Organization, once claimed he had captured a Bigfoot. On Aug. 19, 2005, Biscardi appeared on the radio show "Coast to Coast with George Noory." Biscardi claimed his group had captured a Bigfoot a week earlier, a male beast that weighed over 400 pounds and stood 8-feet tall. He said he would be presenting photos of it several days later. It turned out to be a hoax. Interestingly, Biscardi is also involved in the new Bigfoot body discovery. Speaking on behalf of the Georgia men this week, Biscardi said, "Extensive scientific studies will be done on the body by a team of scientists including a molecular biologist, an anthropologist, a paleontologist and other scientists over the next few months at an undisclosed location" under armed guard. If it all sounds very cloak-and-dagger, it is. Unnamed experts? Undisclosed location? Sounds more like "The X-Files" than real science. Marketing scheme? In 2005, Biscardi promoted a pay-per-view cable TV show in which he offered viewers the chance to see a Bigfoot captured on live television for only $59.95. That never happened, but Biscardi did recently direct and produce a film called "Bigfoot Lives." Surely the publicity from this press conference might boost his film's sales... Bigfoot researcher Loren Coleman, while stopping short of authenticating the claims, wrote on the Web site Cryptomundo.com, "I feel, in all honesty, this, indeed, may be the real deal, and I say this carefully after reviewing information that has been shared privately with me." So has a Bigfoot finally been found, after all these years? Or is this just the latest hoax to embarrass Bigfoot believers and bring further ridicule to a field sorely in need of science? Apparently we will see. i read another article saying this guy said the same thing to apparently get hits on his website. you could signup and buy a subscription but the guy who claimed he had the picture of bigfoot didn't show. so it was a scam. i just read this and thought it would be funny. this pic looks bogus to me.

![]() ![]() | I've spoken with one Bigfoot, and a Jersey Devil (they were the same person). I'm not saying or implying anything about anyone else's experiences, but I trained with a tracker who had a twisted sense of humor and created a big stir many years ago by crafting a large fake foot on the end of a stick that he used to make big foot (Bigfoot!) tracks through an area he knew they'd be seen in. It did get people talking, but he showed me some pictures of the tracks and asked "Now what's wrong with these tracks?" Well, they were perfect; that was the problem. They looked like perfect stamps, as if the foot went straight down into the soil then straight back up and out. No real tracks look like that. He thought it was hilarious. He was also responsible for many Jersey Devil sightings, which he accomplished by finding some people out camping (on land they had no business camping on) who were getting good and wasted. He'd stand at the edge of the light thrown by their campfire while wearing a hideous Halloween mask. When one person saw him, he'd sink and fade into the dark. He might pop up again later and let someone else see him, but he never let everyone see which made the dynamics much more amusing afterwards "You're just wasted! You didn't see shit!" "Oh yes I did, and she did too!" and so on. Beast: Those butterflies in the track are interesting; I notice them gathering like that on spots that people or animals urinated on (gathering minerals/salt or something I guess). Also, to me it looks like two tracks (a front and rear footprint) made by an animal that doesn't direct register (direct register is when the rear foot falls exactly into the front foot's track, like cats do) but it's hard to tell in a picture.

![]() | This costume shop must have had some inside information for making authentic looking bigfoot costumes. It looks just like the frozen specimen, especially in the nose and overall proportions. http://www.thehorrordome.com/HDSHOPP...uatchLARGE.htm I made a little graphic to compare them. Looks the same to me other than the closed eyes, messed up hair and oddly forced in looking teeth.

![]() ![]() ![]() | I was thinking it looked kinda Planet-of-the-Apes-ish. As to the above picture. I happen to live in an area where there is an abundance of mountainy wilderness. The famous Patterson-Gimlin film was shot not far from here, and the town there even has a bigfoot museum. I'm aware of the abundance of hoaxes, and misidentified wildlife. But I'll share with you the experience that lead up to my taking that photo. I enjoy wilderness backpacking. Due to some life choices I've made in the past I'm left with tactical leanings so I like to do lots of my hiking at night, in the dark, with only my eyesight and the moonlight. (compass/map&gps of course). I've convinced some of my friends that this is the way to go, and they have generally aquiesced, at least enough to follow along behind me 50 meters or so occasionally turning on their headlamps when it gets scary. I do have a wonderful time standing on the dark side of trees and saying 'hello' once a couple of them have passed .Anyways, on this one particular location, probably not 20 miles from the location of the Patterson-Gimlin film, we were making a 7 mile hike up to our favorite camping spot (which shall remain unnamed so as to protect its serenity - though the 7 miles uphill is a pretty good deterent)... Anyways, as I walked into a clearing, something on the other side made quite the crashing sound as several large branches snapped - it sounded like something was breaking 2x4s... I stopped, feeling like I was about to get trampled or eaten or something... the sound came from the other side of the clearing in the shadows of the tree cover. I froze, and nothing happened couldn't really hear anything gallop off, nor roar at me, no charge... nothing... so no galloping sound rules out elk, no roar or charge rules out large bear... whatelse is there??? I was whispering into my radio for the group behind me to shut up and freeze, and just sat and waited for a bit. Once the group was caught up, the dogs didn't seem to be interested in anything so we continued on. A while later I was out ahead of the group again, and as I approached another clearing I looked up to admire the stars as there is no polluting city lights to block em out out there in the wilderness. And I noticed one was moving, and thought it was a satellite... til I noticed two more were moving right along side of it forming an equilateral triangle. It was way way up there, you could see them shimmer in the atmosphere... I called back on the radio and asked them to look up in the sky and tell me if they see anything... they reported back exactly what I saw, and also noticed that the space between the three stars would block out other stars as it passed by. We reconvened and marveled at what it could have been. The rest of the hike went by pretty uneventfully, and the next couple days were spent relaxing besides a remote mountain lake. On the second day walking along the east bank, I noticed a dark spot in the grass that had a swarm of lavender butterflies in it. I parted the grasses, and the shape was as you see, a pressed heel and toes dug in at the front... there weren't any other prints around though I don't remember how thorough my search was... it was rather brushy, lots of grasses and wildflowers around. I've seen butterflies convene on spots where there's some sort of organic clay, as well as piss puddles. I've also had butterflies land on me and lick my skin when I'm really sweaty. Butterflies have orgy type fests like the monarchs, and that's what I figured was going on in here. The most normal explanation I can think of is that I spooked an elk, spotted the international space station and space shuttle and dude on space chair moving in a south to north orbit, and a bear pissed on its feet and pressed them into the ground in a specific placement melting the existing grasses and leaving a massive sasquatch shaped left foot print. My intuition, creative as it always is, says to me that I startled some sasquatches, they used a defensive auditory device and teleported out of there, we saw the black triangle ufo commonly reported by many other ufo reports, and that due to our electronic signature with the radios, my gps, the radioactive glow-in-the-dark bits in my compass, maybe they could tell I had my .45 on my hip too, but if they could detect molecular signatures then they were also aware of the other molecules we were carrying. And so, they stayed curious. I forgot to mention that we were visited by something in the night, I half woke up to something snuffling at my face. I thought it was a bear but after it was gone I looked and one of the dogs was just laying there sleeping, a bear certainly would have gotten a response from her as they had at other times. It was that next day that I found the print. I think they are extra terrestrials from another place. Their presence in the last North American Wilderness perhaps was originally to help indigenous Native Americans escape genocide, as they did with the Anasazi etc. Now they just watch us, no, we're not worth saving. I think they might have lost their home planet and for the most part spend a lot of time residing in our wildernesses, they are curious, but for some reason they know they're just gonna end up dead in a freezer when we meet up.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Thats an amazing story there Beast. However I feel the last part is a little to deep for me bro. IDK though spooking bigfoot and seeing some ships or whatever they were all in the same few minutes is quiet a coincidence. If you ask me that def looks like a foot though not any kinda bear print ive ever seen.
