Jennifer Love Hewitt was fired up about those unflattering bikini images that circulated last winter, but since then, she’s certainly taken advantage of every press opportunity to talk about her body. “I wish I had been nude from the time I was 12 until I was 28. I looked great!" Love Hewitt told Health magazine. "I want to tell all young girls to walk around in bikinis all summer — and enjoy it. I want to tell them to never, ever feel bad about anything, because there will be that one day in your 20s when you’ll eat a hamburger and actually see the hamburger on the side of your leg.”




Most celebrities making headlines as often as Love Hewitt of late are either: a) doing damage control, or b) promoting something. Love Hewitt, who is engaged to Scottish actor Ross McCall, seems well past the point of needing to do damage control for the now-ancient bikini pics.

So what’s she promoting? It’s not entirely clear, but she appears to be onboard for a film titled “She had Brains, a Body, and the Ability to Make Men Love Her.” Draw your own conclusions.
Ne-Yo not mad at Britney
It’s not like Britney Spears needs any more trouble in her life. So I’m happy to report that songwriter, record producer and occasional rapper Ne-Yo isn't upset with Spears for not using any of the six songs he wrote for her last album.




I never met Britney Spears, I can’t have animosity with someone I don’t know," Ne-Yo told E! "You have way bigger fish to fry, little mama, than me about a couple songs.”
Ever the gentleman, Ne-Yo did try to reach out to Spears after he learned that she was going to pass on his songs.
“I tried to call her, call her people," he said. "They didn’t want to return a phone call, so I said all right, well, I guess I will take these songs that were written for Britney and give them to other people. Time is money.”
Spears, incidentally, has been to the studio several times as of late, but sources close to her tell Scoop that a new album release any time soon "is in no way happening."
*N Sync ready to reunite?
The Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block have all embarked on reunion tours; why not *N Sync?
Band member Chris Kirkpatrick says that a reunion could be in *N Sync’s future.
“Someday there’ll be an *N Sync reunion, but I don’t think the time is right now,” Kirkpatrick told OK! magazine.
If not now, the when? Kirkpatrick says, “Maybe a few years down the road when we have gotten a chance to realize who we are as individuals, we’ll get back together as a group and put more music out.”
Um, haven’t some band members — Justin Timberlake and Lance Bass come to mind — clearly made moves that would imply they realize who they are as individuals? Just saying.
