I'm sure you all have your own personal battles with weight and such. I feel so good about this weight loose that I decided to make it public.

Ive lost 78 lbs since this time last year.

I wanted to share it with you all because it makes me feel good.

I do feel better not only on the outside but on the inside also. My energy is picking up speed now im finding it hard to sleep. I just feel different look diffferent even walk different. Im not all the way to my goal yet so more pics to come as I get there.

I agree 100 % wtg Mystic. Also, quiting cigs man.. Been since August 7th and I still have dreams of burning a cig grrrrrrrrrrr as well as cravings from time to time.

Maybe one day I too can loose 78 LBS wtg Mystic!

PS Everyone around me is still alive an well since quiting cigs, BUT there have been those touch and go moments.......LOL
