I have lots of recipes, what style are you thinking about brewing? I tend to stick to hoppy beers, but this summer I brewed some wheat beers. http://forums.mycotopia.net/trip-inn...-day-pics.html (Brew Day Pics)

I really like Ales of all kinds. What i'm looking for is some recipes for all-grain beginners with ingredients that are not to hard to find. Here's the kind of ingredients I have access to : http://pages.pacificcoast.net/~dansmall/beer2.html Any recipes you want to part with would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend this book from Jamil Z., it has some of the best recipes available. (extract and all grain) http://www.mrmalty.com/bcs/index.html Some that are not in that book can be seen here. You can also listen to the MP3s of his show on the Brewing Network. http://beerdujour.com/JamilsRecipes.htm This is my own recipe, my favorite beer to date. I was going to recommend the same thing. The Jamil Show A recipe for every single BJCP style. I've tried a couple. Very good recipes. |

I also own 'Brewing Classic Styles' and it is a great book. I bought it because I was sick of searching the net for recipes; many of which are just the product of someones imagination and don't make good brews. The book gives a good recipe for every style. You can make any adjustments that you want on a great backbone. If you look I have 3 posts in this forum with all grain recipes. I just started doing all grain in the spring and in no means an expert but if I can offer any help let me know.
