    Another day in the woods

    Finally mush season kicked off properly after lots of rain.
    Theres so many amanitas , what I beleive to be pantherinas is popping up in great numbers.

    Also a great deal of virosa, the destroying angel.

    Dont worry, I only touched one of them with a pointed stick.....

    Havent seen alot of muscarias yet but theyre on their way too

    Had luck, found some chanterelles and king boletes too, wich were consumed shortly after I got home, roasted in butter with spices, along with porkchops, rice and boiled veggies yummy

    So much fun gus ,hope u like the.

    Im feeling kinda obsessed with the Regnum mycota , Hunting, growing, eating, tripping on, reading about, thinking on fungus whats next?

    Very nice..Fungusaurus,..I had those Destroying angels in my (failed) Azure patch last year..those are big !

    Those Amanita's are cool looking too !

    Mush season is really kicking in...I cut down on the hunting only goin every other day or so now

    Amanita muscaria next to a Boletus edulis and more muscaria..

    Nice bolete! Amanitas are very pretty too....and yes, in your last photo, it looks like they may be oysters. Take a print....while the print is still wet, it should look like a white/lavender color...when it dries, it should be a whitish grey.
