    Pics from a recent adventure [ Macrolepiota procera ?]

    Found these in a foreign country, they were edible but i forgot the name of them.

    Its most probably Macrolepiota procera nice ones too. Its also one of my favorites to eat. Take the cap, roll in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, fry it in oil till golden brown, serve with rice and a sauce made from cremefraiche, majoneese, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Also the caps can be dried for the winter then, if they are to be used they should be soaked in milk and then fried as stated above
