    Button mushroom? ID help.

    Found these today, Rained the past couple days allot, Its about 60*f outside, kinda cool breezy. Been getting in the 40's 50's out side. In just my grassy yard in the open field not much shade where i found them. MY gf is such a great mushroom modeler!

    Not a button mushroom. It looks very much like the Destroying Angel (Amanita virosa) but I suspect its some sort of Lepiota. It is best to leave those alone.

    Yeah, that's how the get you.

    There aren't many good rules in regards to mushrooms, but one holds true- never eat an all-white mushroom.
