  | Matsutake recipe
Hey everyone, I need your favorite recipes for Matsutakes just found my first ever, the smell is awesome but Id like a good simple tried and true recipe that really showcases them well, I know there are some lovers of these out there. Also was wondering if they dry well? Thanks

Good find ! We've been dehydrating Pines all week. Works great. Rehydrates nicely for soups and dips. Thinly slicing the Pines and frying them with butter and garlic is a classic way to get them ready for many recipes.
