Mushroom found in yard needs ID please

Today I noticed a few mushrooms growing about a foot from a Colorado blue spruce I planted a few weeks ago in a area of the yard that stays dry most of the time. But it has been raining just about every day or so for for a while now in east Tennessee . I have no experience at all in wild mushroom hunting and was curious to know what type of mushroom they were. So I picked 3 big ones took prints that are black and took plenty of pics so the expert wild mushroom hunters could give me a positive ID on them. Thanks in advance guys.

well according to the current consensus on MO, those are probably Lacrymaria velutina (formerly Psathyrella velutina)

ide say thats probably quite close, though I myself have no experience with that mushroom, and it doesnt quite look like the photos ive seen of them.
